David Weigelt & C12 Maryland

David Weigelt leads the C12 Maryland forums. Before stepping into this role, David founded and sold Immersion Active, a marketing company he built from the ground up and exited after 18 years. He has sat in the same chair our members sit in. He knows what it costs to grow something, and what it costs to let it go.

C12 Maryland is the Maryland territory of The C12 Group, the nation’s largest peer advisory network for Christian CEOs and business owners. We gather Christian owners and operators each month in confidential CEO Business Forums for one full day of curriculum, peer case study, and one-on-one coaching.

David also serves as a trustee of the Community Foundation of Frederick County, hosts the Leaders on Tap conversation series, and is the author of the forthcoming book Beyond the Multiple on stewardship and the C12 Tri-Value Model.
