• Contact details you give us directly, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you request a guest day, schedule a call, subscribe to Leaders on Tap, or email us.
• Message content you share when you write to us, so we can respond and follow up.
• Usage data collected automatically, such as pages visited, referring sites, and approximate location, used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How we use information

• Respond to your requests and schedule guest days or calls.
• Send you the resources you ask for, such as the 9 Must-Do Roles.
• Deliver Leaders on Tap updates when you subscribe, and stop when you unsubscribe.
• Send occasional text (SMS) messages for scheduling, reminders, and brief coordination, only when you have provided your phone number and opted in.
• Improve our content, our site, and our outreach.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only when needed to run our programs (for example, with a scheduling tool like Calendly, or an email service that sends updates on our behalf), with service providers bound by confidentiality, or when required by law. C12 Maryland is part of The C12 Group, LLC, and may share information within that organization as needed to serve you.

Text messaging

• We do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.
• If you change your number, let us know so we can update our records and stop messaging the old one.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive these text messages under this policy.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and respond to your requests, or as required by law. You may ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
